What Will I Learn?
Whenever you are consuming or purchasing (whether it’s food, household goods, clothing, cars, services, etc.) you are making a choice. These choices can create a trail of suffering or lead to a planet of love, restoration, health and wellbeing.
Many of us have never explored how much power our spending decisions have. This course will allow you to take a look at your money beliefs and behaviors and why you choose to buy (or not buy) certain items.
Stephanie will explain how you can make more informed decisions as a consumer. She will provide information about how simple changes in your spending habits can make a positive difference in the world.
We will also explore our beliefs about money (and lack thereof) and ways to transform these beliefs into direct action and power. This course will provide interaction among participants as well as writing prompts to uncover long-held beliefs in order to examine whether these beliefs still ring true.
Whether you are already a conscious consumer or want to step on the path, you will leave this workshop excited to go out and spend in an empowered way!
